Rockn' Party
Hello everyone! We had so much fun on Saturday that I wanted to brag a little for today's blog. (Should I call it a blag? Or maybe a brog?) Look at the great pictures we took:
These are a few of our winners from that day, Marisa, Mary, and Elsie. Don't they look happy?
This is our urban artist, Dane. He was so awesome and we had a lot of fun with the spray paints.

Cubic Cuties
I wanted everyone to see what Bora, our framer at Enchanted Lake, made with our wood cubes and a little bit of imagination. Aren't they cute? The lamp on the left is made with scrapbooking paper, some acrylic paint, metal feet from Tim Holtz, a wooden dowel, and awesome pictures of Bora's niece. The giraffe is made completely out of wood pieces with the exception of the felt ears, pipe cleaner horns, and an eyelash yarn tail. We're thinking about making an animal set with these wood cubes. What do you think? Thanks for reading! Puna @ Enchanted Lake

Attack of the Furious Fowls!
Need an idea for a graduation lei that's cute and fun? Well Christen at the Mapunapuna BFC took an idea from out newest Lei Book Volume IX and tweaked it to create a furious fowl lei, the characters might look familiar to some of you that play a certain game app! She used pompoms, wiggly eyes, felt, wood beads, wood stars, pony beads, acrylic paint, feathers, glue, rhinestones, upholstery thread, and ribbon. Notice the rhinestones in the crown? I think she did a great job in capturing the characters from this game. There are so many possibilities that can be done for this lei, all it takes is a little imagination. And if you run out of ideas, don't worry because we can help! I'll see you at BFC! Lynn @ Mapunapuna BFC
