T-shirt
Felt in many colors
Headband
2 Paper mache cones
Ribbon
Double-stick tape
Scissors
Hot-glue gun and gluesticks
A really cool thing about this costume is that you can pull the felt pieces off of the t-shirt if you need to reuse it again.
