two 8" strips of 1 1/2" ribbon

one 3 3/4" strip of 3/8" ribbon 

one 2 1/2" strip of 3/8" ribbon

one 1 1/4" strip of 3/8" ribbon

2" hair clip/barrette

scissors

low temp glue gun

lighter
