Mr. and Mrs. Mummy Mason Jars!

Make this ADORABLE Halloween couple! Using Cheese Cloth and mason jars... Drop in a tea light and they will glow!

Supplies:
Glass Mason Jars
Cheese Cloth
Mod Podge
Googly Eyes
1 Black Feather
Fabri-tac
Small Foam Brush

Cut the cheese Cloth into about 2" stripes. Brush some Mod Podge onto the Mason Jar and begin wrapping the jar like a mummy, use the foam brush to add more Mod Podge as needed. Once you have covered the whole jar, let it dry for a few minutes. You will need to do one coat of Mod Podge over the whole thing to seal it. Use Fabri-Tac to glue the eyes on. To give it a wrapped mummy look, use one more strip of Cheese Cloth and let it slightly cover the tops and bottoms of the eyes. For the Girl mummy, use a black feather and trim one side of it so that it looks like lashes and glue on with Fabri-Tac!! Sooooo Cute!!

Let's get creative with eyelash yarn

What do you think of when you see eyelash yarn? Lei's, crocheting, or knitting? Well here's a new, fun, and easy way to use this yarn and the keiki's will love it too. 

Supplies needed:
Eyelash yarn
Styrofoam ball
Fabric-tac
Optional items:
Felt
Googly eyes
Chenille
Ribbon
Glue gun
Cheesecloth


Glue the start of the eyelash yarn and start wrapping around the styrofoam ball. When the styrofoam ball is completely covered cut and glue the end of the yarn. Then it's time to make your character. Be creative and use many of the supplies listed above.

Stryofoam head form or mask and 5” Styrofoam ball

Tacky glue

Brush

Gray acrylic paint

Put this ghostly apparition out on your deck and you’re sure to give someone the creeps, and a little bit of wind can definitely up the spook factor of this floating ghost.
