Large Chipboard Pennants

12"x12" cardstock

Glitter cardstock

X-Acto knife

Cutting Mat

Double-stick tape

Foam Tape

Cardstock Letters (you can use the AccuCut Machine, eclips, Cricut, or freehand cut them like we did)

1/4" Hole Punch

Ribbons

Scotch Tape
