Tulle, 2-4 rolls in your choice of colors

Scissors

*optional – Glue gun and glue sticks

     Embellishments

This wreath may be nautically inspired but is not usable as a floatation device. All seafaring jokes aside, this wreath makes a cute addition to any house for a summer decoration.
